Looks like theres a switch on the side? Or backside of those pins?
Hyundai matrix 2002-2005 remote programming.
There is a receiver, near the pedals, etacs.
No switch, however inside there is a writing on the casing and print.
Set and off.
I read about a second 10pin socket , that should be there, to allow remote programming.
Launch gives me a discription, that is not all clear to me.
I found the threads
https://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forum...ighlight=etacs
And this, https://www.hyundai-forums.com/threa...switch.542898/

The thanks button is HERE looks like this --->>> THANKS
Join this two PINs, press buttons on remote, all done (if not work turn, ignition or acc and then press buttons). Im writing from my memory - the procedure is explained somwehere on the web if there is switch. So make same steps but instead press switch, join those pins.
Good luck

There is even a hole, in the casing, giving acces to where the switch could be.
I found a youtube movie about similar box, with a switch! That is probable for the US market,
And in the Hyundai thread, there is a discussion about connecting the solder points.
My guess is, there needs to be a connection made to the 10pin, and the 16pin obd, or only the 10 pin.
Like to know, what tool supports these, skp900 or Obdstar. Maybe launch. With the correct connection.
I will try the shorting, thanks P1et!

Today, i revisit the Car, i used launch easydiag.
And a obd, to 10pin adapter(skp900).
I could program 2 keydiy keyfobs, (elantra433mhz).
So After programming, i did not try shorting the remote receiver PCB points.
If launch failed me, i would have tried that.
Thanks you,
Greetings Rob

Today, another Matrix FX 2004.
I plugged in the 10 pin adapter. And followed the programming instruction.
But failed this time.
Then i reached underneed, the dash, and on remote reciever, there was a switch.
Turned ign off, switched, pressed both remotes, put switched back.
And the remotes worked.
So same car, same country, same fob, different method.
