looks like bad eeprom read if no signs that someone tried to do key before you
Hi all,
I received this kessy ecu 3D0 909 131 J from a Vw phaeton with all key lost. the car is in a garage and it is impossible to get it out so I am going to make the transponder through the kessy. Zed full does not support this unit, so I am going to do it with vvdi 2, I have done many touareg and cayenne with it and I never had a problem. but when loading the file of this phaeton 8 used keys appear and the first one in -----. I have generated key 3 for him and have dumped the new file to the eeprom. Since I don't have the car here and I have to send the unit. Could someone check with tango or another programmer if vvdi is doing the job well?
Here both eeprom dump. original and with new remote. and screenshot.

Read ecu, get pin and CS, precode transponder then add it by vcds.
Post picture of label.
Siemens or Continental ?
By PN vdo.......
Renault ECU tool / IO terminal / A.S.W
Siemens ref same as this but i dont know if have the same sw version, I dont have the unit here, because I try today program via obd. cars without battery, cannot open the trunk ,I have connected battery with clamps but it does not allow to read data from the ecu. in touareg and A8 you have to bridge some fuses to wake up the units, but I have not found information to wake up the units in this model, any information about wake this for do this via obd?
I try bridge fuses followin this schematic https://www.autogenius.info/volkswag...e-box-diagram/
Fuse 19 (J518 – Access/Start Control Module)
and fuse 33:
J17 – Fuel Pump (FP) RelayJ271- Motronic Engine Control Module (ECM) Power Supply Relay
J670- Motronic Engine Control Module (ECM) Power Supply Relay 2
J581- Parallel Battery Connection Relay (where applicable)
J49 – Fuel Pump (FP) 2 Relay
J220- Motronic Engine Control Module (ECM) (engine code BGJ) .
Maybe i must brigde too fuse 42? J393- Central control module for comfort system
Engine is W12 6.0L. i think that have double motronic ecus.
I will try move cars to my workshop. maybe dump is corrupted if get another working dump only need adapt this with vin, pin and cs. but i need first read the ecu.

try fuse 54
You have Newer kesy, you need to read it with solder Wires with VVDI prog. Choose Kessy 2008 +.
Then go to VVDI2 , Key learn 4th generation VW and choose kessy load dump and you will get CS and Pin, precode key and learn OBD with same menu.
This kessy can not be done by Immobilizer tool in key programmer.

Siemen Kessy read only 93C86 out circuit. Conti need read in circuit with vvdi prog.
Be polite. No Thanks + Rep, no HELP!!! Slava Ukcraine. Dead Putler civilians's killers!!!

Sorry i dont write this before, cars is year 2003. I read eeprom out circuit with orange5 and vvdi prog as ST 93c86.
Hi all,
I finally have the vehicle here. Here is a picture of the Kessy sticker. The car does not have a battery because it has been standing for more than 5 years and I cannot open the boot, any help on this to replace the battery? I have tried connecting an auxiliary battery from the hood but when the key is not correctly it does not let me open the trunk. I wanted to try reading the ecu via obd but it will be difficult. I will have to disassemble them directly.
I will try to do another reading of the kessy eeprom but I do not have much hope. I read with GQ-4X4 and give me another dump. Then i load the Original file read with orange5 and then read with GQ-4X4 and the file is different. Here both files, anycan check this files? in vvdi show 8 keys with strange ID. maybe orange5 corrupted the eeprom in the 1º time.
I have discovered that the CS and the pin code are the same in all the files CS: BE 76 BD 3C A0 FD 7B and pin code 02887, so I guess they are correct, the problem is with the data part of the keys. By having the CS and the pin it would be possible to program by obd, but how could I wake up the keyless unit working?
