Channel to populate EPG not broadcasting

Has sly stopped broadcasting the channel that populates the epg for tm5402 and bm7000. I've just gone to populate epg after missus let leccy run out and I'm not receiving any audio/video...If anybody has the new tp settings it would help a lot cheers, I really don't fancy having to do a blind scan.

8010 is still populating epg but no sound or video all the others on 11777 don't seem to be doing anything

It wasn't mate, I can guarantee that wife sat looking at a black screen for 10 mins, but as I have said above I've changed it to one that does work

I tried it again, and it took 35 secs to populate.

I was using portal 5 but have now changed to 8010

I can't find any 8010 on my channels list..what's the frequency pls?

i was getting the Video Portal 2 aswell with Virgin ads then that went off, anyway i will try the 8010 still, cheers guys

Just did a EPG update using video portal 5 left it on the chanel for 30 seconds and i have all the 7 day EPG on my sports and most other chanels i have tried
