Fiat ME7.9.10 ECU ignition coil driver transistors
Hello, I have here Bosch ME7.9.10 ECU from FIAT Doblo 2010, 1,4 16V
with two coil driver transistors in short, I can't find any info about them
...someone to know what is that transistor or substitute?

I use this IGBT, irgb14c40l designed as ignition driver.
Ohh wait these are Dpak versions
The one i mentioned are D2pak

Buy a second hand ECU and use the transistors.Its the cheapest way out
