have the same issue, programmed estate with virgin eeprom file from sedan. How did you fix it?

Hello friends, I have the same problem. I uploaded a working eeprom and then wrote it to the SDD. The car starts, but the front and rear windshield washers and rear wiper do not work. I only wrote down my VIN number. I have a station wagon, but even if from a sedan, the windshield washer should work. My eeprom is 4kb, but here I saw that there is also 2kb. What size eeprom is actually in the front block?

Hi folks,

i try to fix the "no front and rear washer, no rear wiper" problem on a 2013 x250 sportbrake
after battery disconnect.

I programmed the front BCM with eeprom file from sedan (DX23-14B476-AG) and this didnt fix the issue. Tried once more after i manipulated the part number in file to DX23-14B476-BG
but that didnt fix it either (after programming procedure "new module" in sdd).

Any tips?

I have done a few of these with success, I would usually read d-flash, put in frm tool, trim down to 2kb and rewrite eeprom.
But today I have issue with one, saloon.
I got a bad read from d-flash and instead I've used virgin file.
But once car is running again, still no washers. Tried a few times. I may be missing a step.
Used virgin dump posted earlier in this thread, car is sedan with DX23-14B476-AG
maybe it is bad virgin dump. I also tried my fixed eeproms from other jags in past with same BCM part number, they didn't work either. Any clues anyone?

i had same with washer its wrong dump i never found mine to replace

Tried a virgin dump from another source, same result.
Only part that doesn't go smoothly in SDD is when it tries to acquire new software for the KVM, I wonder if this is preventing it from proceeding to BCM software.

There is a fault code in bcm for initial configuration not complete. I tried reinstalling a newer v164 sdd but same result

EEPROM from https://www.jaginfo.org/threads/car-...6/post-2948063 appears to be confirmed working by multiple people ( for saloon with DX23-14B476-AG BCM).
What error do you get programming the KVM?
Seems likely you can't program BCM with SDD before having KVM at the correct level, you could try programming the KVM with the BCM disconnected, failing that BCM with the KVM disconnected.

I think that is problem yes. I have had my SDD installed remotely by two different people so far and I get vbf errors with both. My friends install is able to download these files so I'm pretty sure that is the problem. Usually when i have recovered the BCM instead of virginise, SDD doesn't need to run these operations. Picture is from an Evoque but same problem

i also have a jag xf with from bcm not detecting key , when i read processor on bench showing partition corrupted however ive manage to read the content, please help fix dump i appreciate it .
