Attached is the dump from eeprom. I can't get my tools to read the Nec. I tried everything.

I tried different USB to TTL but all behave the same. I tried serial to ttl but the same. Error 0 1. Init fail. I tried reading the Ned with vvdiprog but i always get frequency error.
