Thanks, but the problem is, that I have only one trie left, because the customer has enter the wrong code.

I look at some Clarion files with 93C46 and I think that it is 2141, but I am not sure...

Does anybody knows exactly the code?

I decided me for your solution. Its much easier to write four times the same number into the eeprom.
