Hon66 doesn't work and cuts all along blade (6.0.3 works perefect)
Toy43 ten cut doesnt work. Key only turns in one direction. Cutting procedure was changed and now cuts wrong and takes longer. (6.0.3 works perfect)

why all of you people who has an issue not complain directly to xhorse ?
not even send feedback to your seller to forward it to xhorse ?

    that's easy
They don't care our problems. No matter the type of the tool nor the chanel of the complain. There is no real working bugfix system with feedback. Thats why. So this threads our whining places

Just a few things from the last 3 years:

    YM15 key tip cutting
    GT15 key tip cutting
    VVDi2 Mercedes ID33 trasponder error
    .....

There might be a easy fix, for some of these problems. Some can be solved, without the Xhorse support.
    And not all are complains.

I am very happy with the Xhorse tools, and even so we complain here.

With all my respect you are doing a great job. I know the ticket stuff is your work but without feedback it's just a duck tape on a space shuttle wing, from far away it's looks like a working solution
If you almost never get answers for your problems and almost never get solutions you starting whining. They are an "old" company they are already made a lot of money. It's time to starting a working customer supoort.

to be fair xhorse has to shift tho every beginner moan
some issues are learner moans - even experts getting use to the kit.

Saying that XP-007 compared to XP-002

XC-002 is a FAR BETTER machine at 1st looks
Guess you Chinese clone Italian kit better (Matrix) than design your own. Is the 'C' in XC for clone

We shall see but the play on my XP-007 is bloody terrible,
Hoping something i missed n can adjust. But initial impression is XC is better machine for laser

The conductivity, of the key to probe is very important.
If the probe detects key, and warns about blade width.
    Bends or even snaps.
This all preventable, by scraping the key edge, with something like a file, knife, etc.

Even a blade, that works one sided better, can be caused by bad conductivity.

The sx9, and some other Keys that Comes with a yellow collor coating, must be scraped.

A full charges battery, or charger attached, can improve the conductivity probing. Instead of blaming software.
    Be aware off this.

Load up, a good picture of the bad cut key,
Measure it with caliper, confirm manualy the decoding,
    To pinpoint the issues.

Also, the smal screw, needs to be used,
Not very tight, but pressing down, to prevent blade from turning when you clamp IT.

That could make a blade, smaller in width,
Depending, it being a right OR left blade.
    This might differ sligtly.
