I was able to (hopefully) read my eeprom data but I don't have enough posts to attach files, hopefully this works:

Hopefully I saved that right as I've already tried flashing it myself and it didn't work... *facepalm*

Unfortunately think I have damaged my stereo... I am unable to read/write to the eeprom chip with it still connected to the board. If I remove it I can read/write successfully. Thank-you for your assistance, I will try to find another stereo.
