What manufacturer and size should be?
With pin 5 in your photo i cant read at all no connection. Remove 5 it reads

Forget the colors look only at the numbers that refer to the eeprom pins.
Size has to be 512b

I say i use 2 programmers and choose 93c66 ,i tried not 1 time. Even all options all eep manufacturers. 256kb 512lb x8 x16 etc. All say chip not connect
