    Default MK5 Golf 105 03G906016CB with PD130 engine.. is this tune OK?

    Hello


    My friend got this car mk5 golf did had pd105 engine which was original engine but engine was worn so he changed engine to older PD130 from mk4 golf but ecu remains still on edc16 all works okay.... but he took car to get tuned by professional tuning company and car works but is smoking lots and not much power? can someone reduce smoke slightly? or increase boost if it is allowed and not already set too high?


    I have included original map and the latest tune from the tuning company, they seem to have locked the file I have already tried to edit the file but when you flash it back to the car it gives you some sort of error like rsa? however when trying to write original file back it writes with no issues?

    DPF / FAP / EGR / SCR / NOx / TVA FLAP .. etc

    engine originally had BKC engine inside and now has pd130

    Boost already set to 1,45 Bar at about 58-60mg/str....

    Do you have PD130 elements or PD105 elements?

    TQ limit is set to 345nm


    No modified SOI,....

    engine has straight through exhaust.... map probably has pd105 elements because when it starts it has to correct its timing almost? it needs to be set up for pd130

    engine and turbo is pd130 so max power for this engine, ecu is pd105
