Ford explorer 2014 RFA location

Hi mates I have a ford explorer which is not locking and unlocking but the keyless is working as I scaned with AVDI it showed error code B10AB:06-0A Remote Keyless Entry sync in the RFA module.
Do you have any idea what could be the problem ?
It can be the RFA module which is damaged ? if yes can I know the location where its located ?
