Buddy, firmware 1.70, 1.95, 1.99 is a Chinese trick.
The last real FW is 1.67. If you have an opcom with a fake PIC 18F458 then you will kill it after updating the FW.

Now i have firmware 1.66 i want to downgrade to 1.39 but i want to save the 1.66 fw somewhere can i do that with OCflash? if not can someone share the 1.66 fw, thank you very much

After lowering FW to 1.39 you can raise it again with OCFlash. If you don't have FW 1.66 then if you use SW Opcom 170823c your FW will automatically be changed to 1.66. After using Opcom 181022a or 200603a -FW 1.67.

hi all,

i have a chinese op-com which is not being detected on test interface. it was 1.60 and i played with it.. fw 1.45 after that 1.59 and now i cannot downgrade to other FW as it says something regarding bootloader not seen or write protection. can you give a little hint? should i try a FW > 1.59? on the back of the board is says something with 2008 and opcom.5..
