    cable to satellite ?

    hi guys
ive been using a cable e vox for a few years and alls good.
however next year were moving to a non cable area so i decided to look into sat boxs.
am i being daft and not understanding what im reading. do you guys not have to subscribe to any providers?
is this too good to be true?
are they a bugger to work with?
i cant find a catch(there must be one)
    heres hoping not.
    thanks a lot guys.

here are some answers to your questions
Q1:do you guys not have to subscribe to any providers?
A:no but there is nothing stopping you from buying a subscription
2Q:is this too good to be true?
A:It is a hobby and technolgy changes all the time but at the monent we get far more than the cable guys
3Q:are they a bugger to work with?
A:yes at first but once you have the dish set up correct and got your head around networking ect its quiet easy but it is a steep learning curve
Q:i cant find a catch(there must be one)
    A:It not fully legal
If you tremble with indignation at every injustice then you are a comrade of mine
