Access issue upon successful login

Hi admin,

Since ever I received an infraction and after its expired, I got issue navigate around (ie browse posts in forum, post PM, read via mobile tapatalk.. etc etc..). It seems to be account related, Forum reported to be busy, but there are no issue using someone else account in the same hardware and browser setting.

Please help to check my account.

We humbly apologise for not getting to you sooner, I have refreshed your account please try it again.

Despite asking for a pay rise even after releasing DF's wife and child, we still find ourselves with a lot of ground to improve on our customer focus.
