hi guys and girls i have a big problem with my sky f3 box i updated it this morning and it never came bk on i downloaded it from this site but obviously it was a load of rubbish .
when i restart the box it goes through the channels as normal but stops at 90 then jumps to 93 then comes up E001 then nothing happens can some one please help is there a restart button that i have not seen to turn it bk the factory setting please help
