    A Toolbar for DK

    a lot of sites have toolbars now, id like to see one here in Digital Kaos
    i think dey are a good idea with quick links to different forum areas,
    downloads, latest fixes etc.
    anyone agree ?

          this has been asked before, and got rejected because theres already enough toolbars out there
