Can't change email or password

Basically, today I got the 90 days old password prompt in the forum and went to change pass as usual but it does not let me do it.

If I try to change password or email it always gives me this message: "The administrator has banned your email address or the domain that your email address resides on. Your domain is known to generate spam or has caused problems in the past. Please use a different email address and register again."

I'm using a hotmail.com email currently and tried to change to a gmail.com account. Same message appears.

I was only able to get into my account by requesting a new password in the option forgotten password.

How can this be fixed?

Same for me. Entered a gmail account but not accepted. My current email domain 100% certified for no spam.
Used the reset password option to access.

mine keeps expiring.. i gave up,., managed to get it working again just now.. not been on for months because of it.

The whole 'password expired' nonsense is a steaming crock.

The previous posts here are almost a year old now and haven't been replied to. Since when were gmail and hotmail not accepted?

Does nobody give a flying whatsit?

Nara, my sentiments exactly.. coincidenty ive just had to renew my passsword again.. it expired 293 days ago.. thats how long its took me to pluck up the courage to renew it haha
