Hello - looking for a Solution to fix STM32F405

As per title, comming here to find a solution to locked cable STM32F405
unfortuantley i was not informed not to use newer version of the same loader, (even though i only wanted to start (VCDS 2.1 instead of 2.3)
anyway!
