    Hello Fellow E46ers

Hello Fellow E46ers, I'm new to the group and hope everyone is doing great and their cars are running great too .

    I have a BMW E46 330I M SPORT TOURING, 6sp ZF Manual swapped.

I just finished rebuilding the engine on my driveway after overheating. My downfall was, I didn't change the engine oil for soooo long and the coolant was low and top everything off my Electric Fan was disconnected too and all these things were the perfect Ingredients for a major disaster.

But that's all the in the past now and the Motor Runs Absolutely Great.

Car is fully Polybushed, Subframe reinforced, complete suspension overhaul, everything in the engine bay has been replaced with new Parts.

Also decided to fit some M52 Headers in the process and deleted my Secondary Cats which has made it rather neighbour friendly NOT!!

Next is to to replace the resonator with an X-pipe and either delete the aftermarket muffler or go straight pipe, either way it will be done one or the other.

So where I am, at the moment is tuning the car which I'm finding my way around it after doing some research online and getting help from MS4XWiki.

I have flashed the complete 512kb file on my old Auto ECU and done all the patches and checksum and the car runs great.

The part that I'm struggling with the XDF Patchlist which I have uploaded in tunerpro but it doesn't have the complete list of drop down menu's which can give me more options to tune, so any help there would be much appreciated.

Its an E46 so it can't be always running great haha, My short fuel trims are sky high at the moment and after doing a smoke test i have got a leak from the intake air temp sensor and the o rings on the distribution peice on the intake manifold need replacing, I'm thinking of an oil catch can install and getting rid of the whole ccv system and the distribution peice all in all.

So there you go a really nice and short intro for everyone.

    Peace
Working...
