What hardware equipment do I need to Dump & Flash EEPROM on a PDC with a 16347 error

Hi All

What 'on a budget' hardware equipment do I need to Dump & Flash EEPROM on a PDC 8P0 919 475 F with a 16347 error.
I have the VAG PDC EEPROM Repair tool.
I noticed I would need a VVDI PROG Programmer MC9S12 Reflash Cable to solder to the board but this needs to attache to a £300 VVDI PROG Programmer and their free software VVDI Prog 5.3.7.

Is there any cheaper way of Dumping & Flashing the EEPROM on a PDC 8P0 919 475 F with a 16347 error.
