Finally got my dream car, black audi A4B5 1.8t quattro sedan.
Did some cosmetic upgrades and now its the time for some power.
I bought it already with K03S turbo and a chip.
Because of the older ECU its very hard to tune it, so I come here for a little help.
Right now my status is this: K04-015 turbo, Fmic intercooler, bigger cattles exhaust. Also have green giants 440cc injectors waiting. Now i need to tune it, it runs quite well with the K04 with the K03S tune, but its not perfect, also would like to add those 440cc injectors.
For the tuning I got myself a socket in the ECU - so its easier to remove the chip for programming.
Also got 10 AMD chips, that can be rewritten and Xgecu T48 programmer + I got an original .bin software that was in the original chip.
How do I now proceed with the tuning? Any tips? what software for tuning do I use? How hard it actually is?
I already tried using chatGPT for the tuning, but its definitely not perfect, when your motor is at stake.
