Hey folks, I’m getting ready to schedule my yearly service and figured I’d check here for suggestions. I’ve got a Suzuki DF200 that’s due for its full annual—oil change, lower unit service, plugs, filters, the whole deal. I usually do some of it myself, but I want a shop to handle it this time and give the motor a real top-to-bottom once-over. I’d also like them to inspect fuel lines, run a computer diagnostic, and maybe even check the prop shaft and steering linkage while it’s in. I’m located near Clear Lake, so I’d love to find someone nearby who does reliable, thorough work without a crazy wait time. Bonus if they use OEM parts and don’t cut corners—last time I had a guy “forget” to change the gear oil. If anyone has a go-to shop for yearly outboard service, I’d appreciate the input!
