Cheers guys, my name is Carlos, im from Portugal and I've developed an interest in older Vag Group vehicles.
Im currently bringing back to life a Seat Toledo 1.9TDI VE 110.
I've already got the car running, replaced the clutch and flywheel with a dual-mass flywheel, alongside a sachs racing pressure plate and disk.
Already adapted the heat exchanger (oil to water) from the Arl model onto my AHF engine.
New timing chain + water pump
New oil pump plus chain and tensioner
New headgasket and headbolts (pd150 adapted to VE engine from darksideDev)
Also upgraded nozzles to .260
1749 hybrid with MFS
Decat etc.
I'll be sure to post new stuff as the project develops.
