I'm trying to erase my 080D0WQ EEPROM from my E92 M3 cluster, but as soon as I click read I see the error: Read error !!!
I've installed the software in a windows 10 laptop, I desoldered the C1 (capacitor I think), I got a good 12v 1A power supply and I soldered the test clip on the r270 board. I can see the R270 in the windows devices, and I set to use the COM1 port for it. I cleaned the EEPROM pins and made sure my test clip do proper contact. But I can't resolve the issue it's seems it doesn't even try to read it.
