I'm new to the ECU world and I'm here to learn.
I currently have a 1.4 TSI CAVD with a MED17.5.5 ECU, and my goal is to gain enough experience to develop a custom flex-fuel strategy using a GM ethanol sensor in place of the secondary lambda sensor.
I also have an old EEC-V (216 KB) ECU that I'm using as a platform to experiment and learn reverse engineering techniques.
I'm still fairly new to ECU reverse engineering and patch development. My only tuning experience so far has been with a Toyota GT86 using the ECUtek platform, where implementing modifications is much more straightforward.
I have a collection of original files and DAMOS definitions that I'd be happy to share in exchange for knowledge, guidance, and discussions with the community.
