Whats with newer cars and e.g. ecu MED9/MED17 - when mileage is changed only in dash the ecu mileage will be noticed when a fault code appears or when does it affect?

I buy this tool from carsung,but the x horse give update,this tool change the km in edc too,and make diagnostik too,For me its a good tool and worck greath,i dont have any problem,its make the km in a quik time,and dont mistake,when i recive the tool have the 6.1,5 friware now i have the 6.1.8!Good tool.

You dont have wath to dramage mate becouse new skoda its with micronas and visteon i guess so u can try,if dosen worck the tool will tell u filed,and do not dramage the ecu,when u tri to change km alowes look to your tool to show you the km from the dash,if sows u somting alse dont do the change,and dont forget make the update,mi tool come with 1,5 version,so go to 7option and look to friware and bios and if u dont have the laste update makeit and after your tool work ok!

If your tool dont make the conection,maybe you dont have good update,if u have good update your tool will worck on rb4,rb8 widwth problem.

I'm going to try to update again with same last version ant wil test it again on same car .

If the dash is recognized As new (less than 100km) you can write any desired milage to it. Look for adaptation procedures on rosstech site, hth.

this blue clone read and wrote the mileage in the 2009 but in 2011 was not successful

Remove the fuse or battery for about 10 minutes.

Mate if you want to buy from China I wanna tell you that all it is LOttery
You cannot be sure if it's working or not.
They are sellers. They buy from other EN-Gross seller which buy from factories ( maybe )
They have no posibility to test that tools.
No offence, just my opinion becasue I have a friend member of this form which spent a lot of his precios time in Shenzen and he knows how the things works.

No I haven't this one
I had the old version and I was very good
This one it is upgrade with new cars.
One of my frined has it and he said that it is very good.
Now I'm not intristing in it but I wait if it will have updates.
I don't like clones because item have no futhure. ( one of them of course )

Hi The tool is not bad but the biggest problem it
CAN NOT SAVE FILES so you can never back.

i had one problem with Golf 4 2003 VDO after prog the indicator from OIl burned the problem wash the tool write on Adres 060 and 070 and in 070 are the km

standard version can do the vw's and skoda's with NEC + 24c32
all like polo octavia superb etc...
i have done superb and octavia till november under c32 option
aso had an octavia december model tried under c32 but did not go and then done under c64 option

on the whole vag prog standard can do a lot of cars and u can add more cars by purchasing the soft. for the models of the cars u need:beer:

Seems there is bug in new update...so dont update your tool if you have 6.2.0 until some of officials write couple words...

I tried today audi a6 2008 with this tool super vag k+can 2.0 and i couldn't change the kilometres. first, i tried like this: 4. cdc 32 xx.. in this option i couldn't change the km, then i selected option A. with this i read old km but after when i selected 'ok' this popped out: wait for 30 min.. that process was for 2 min and then it said update success but the km didn't change. how is the procedure to change the kilometres? i have tried on passat 2008 it worked just fine, but audi 6 2008 can't. please help
