faulty eurovox 1000sl

hi

not having much luck here i hope someone somewhere can help me.

have tried to flash my box using zip file from chatterbox. all i'm gettin is the software alternating from com1/2. when i set it to com 3 the software bounces back saying no com recognised.

as for the box itself the problem is i cant get anythin showing on my tv. the only time i get any life out of the box is when i plug it in and the blue light pops on for a couple of secs.

i have factory reset the box from inside the unit still nojoy. can anybody help me.

I have a feeling that you have probably flashed it with the wrong image. or your box is plain and simple faulty

However I would try another computer and see if it detects the box then.
