hello. i have a 409.1 kkl cable. he is recognised as usb to serial converter but in vag 409 / 311 i test the interface and say com port found, interface status 3 : not found or not ready. the chip inside is ft232BL . i need a dump to reflash or what is the problem?
there is nothing to reflash.. just check what com port it creates in device manager.. set from 1 to 4 and set same in vagcom409.. and you good to go its just K line adapter..
i know. he didint work. i have another 409 kkl cable and that is with ft232rl chip and that i reflashed with a dump file in mprog and he worked ok. tihis is with ft232bl and don`t work

This is not about FTDI...It is about main cip, we talk about dump for Atmega.
Hi.
You have an Atmega 162 chip so you can program it. Here you have a link how to do it. In addition, the topic for further

can update from 11.8 to 11.11?
It is possible that you ve bloked Atmega from reading...it is a device to unblock but will cost you more than 100$...easy way buy another cable or replace atmega...
depends on what fuses you changed.. maybe disabled ISP.. or maybe disabled RESET.. there is HV parallel programmers but cheaper is another atmega
Recovered !! This chip model the worst you can do is set to use an external clock source. So using a raspberry pi3 set a gpio pin to output a 1mhz clock freq into atmega's xtal1 pin and voila !! Used an lpt1 port to contact built-in ISP
Thanks all
