Ford transit 2.5TD immo

I have a Ford Transporter 2.5TD with immo problem
I try to bypass immo but no work
Just start for 1sec and then off.
I search here on forum and I found couple solutions but no work for me.
Now I need your help.
It have a lucas
ECU(98VB-9J464-ZE)
Immo box 98AP-19A366-AB inside is the TMS 370C002 and I read him but I do not have calculator for him
I post the dump
And
The pump is LUCAS DSA1190
I try to bypass and the pump but no work Just start and turn off.
I try with diagnostic but only say
EGR problem(that have nothing with immo)
If someone can help me to start this ford

Try this relay.

It could be immo
it behaviour like VW when immo is on
(just start then off,start -off)
What do you think friend?????

and then from ECU I cut the pin 38 (shut off solenoid)and put them on ground
If you could send me a dump with immo off so I can try???

what year is it and do you have a key with 4c red chip i can add the key, what is your main problem why do you need immo off

The problem I can not start the car beacuse the immo is activated.
I can not program the key
The year is 1999 and I have only the key with red chip
That is my problem why I need immo off.
And in SERBIA only couple people have diagnostic and tool to do with ford and its wery much cost.

what i am saying is if you have a red chip i can add this chip into your dump so you can start your van post the tiris data and il sort it for you

So what have EGR with IMMO???
Here what i found:

codes and definitions are:-

11 - immo control module not connected (wiring, reader coil connection, control module connection etc)
12 - immo control module not working correctly (duff immo module)
13 - key code not received or key programming failed (faulty key or key obscured)
14 - partial key code received (faulty or obscured key)
15 - key not programmed into immo module (reprogram or try different key)
16 - faulty link between immo module and ECU (wiring fault)
21 - less than three keys programmed (program more keys as necessary)
22 - ROM error - no ECU ID stored (duff ECU)
23 - ECU ID mismatch (duff ECU)
31 - code transmission error between immo control unit and ECU (wiring or ECU programming error)
32 - ECU/immo control unit comms - no response from ECU (wiring, immo control module)
33 - comms error (wiring, duff ECU or duff immo control unit)
