VVDI PROG

today i use the same computer , same usb line, same 12v, same device .. just 1 is mine freind 1 is mine ... his device manage to read out the data of ews3 .. but for me is just fail it show chip crack failure, please comfrim chip type and connection right ,then try again .. device faulty??? just bought it recently

has anyone got a download link for the new version of VVDI Prog software. Looks like developer stopped posting here and if you try to check download link through software updates it directing you to the old version. Thanks

Hey guys i have just ordered the vvdi prog, i read the basics of it but cant get a straight answer on what it can do, can someone please explain it to me mainly i want to use if for BMW’s
What can it do for bmw’s ?

Yes i know i can download the software but im looking for examples that could kind off give me hints if you know what i mean, BMW related only what have people used it for and what it can do

Anyone know is there a way to contact xhorse vvdi prog ? I have a issue with mine device ... i try contact mine seller he doesn’t reply .. is there anyway that i can direct contact them ?

For your information it is a programmer that can read eeprom/flash, MCU's. There are some instructions about connections on your desired module's pcb for easy reading so you don,t have to solder directly to MCU or flash for example: BMW CAS units! There is nothing else to not understand. Everything it can do is shown in the software that you can freely download!

This was the answers i was looking for, thank you guys, i am reading through this thread and slowly catching up any adapters you guys suggest so that reading writing can be done solder free for bmw? Cas, frm? And i have not got to the entire thread but can vvdi prog do anything with bmw dme’s , for example cloning ?
