Default VAG908 (VW, AUDI, SKODA, SEAT)

This is my VAG908. I use it with my Audi A4 (2005), V6 2.5 TDI, 120 kW. Everything works fine, but after longer connection cable writes to the engine fault code:

    Chassis Type: 8E - Audi A4 B6/B7
    Scan: 01 02 03 08 09 0F 11 15 16 17 18 36 37 45 46 55 56 57 65 67
    69 75 76 77

    VIN: WAUZZZ8EX5A572466 Mileage: 146350km/90937miles
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Address 01: Engine Labels: 059-907-401-AKE.lbl
    Part No: 8E0 907 401 AF
    Component: 2.5l V6 TDI G000SG 0050
    Coding: 02002
    Shop #: WSC 06314

    Part No: 00008059
    Component: 130 106KC318_1.V14944188584
    WAUZZZ8EX5A572466 AUX6Z0E0036456

    1 Fault Found:
01318 - Control Module for Injection Pump (J399)
    34-00 - No Elaboration Available
    Readiness: 0 0 X X X

I can't clear this code with the cable but it is possible to clear it with Autel Maxscan GS500 Code Reader. I noticed that the fault code dissapears in some minutes with ignition off or after disconnecting the battery. Same problem has also my local Audi service. After they update their software, everything is OK. I can't update.

Default Not obd but heavy duty

Sorry for the quality. My camera is fried. Phone pictures.
The chips for the international are:

    74hc125n c7445ps (74hc/hct125 quad buffer/line driver 3state)
    sippex sp485ecp
sipex sp232epc (sp232epc maybe max232 or like it?)
    pic16c620a-04/p (eprom-based 8-bit cmos microcontroller)

lm293 (in a to-92 case . Maybe comparator or regulator)

THe other board with only 3 chips is a Eaton Md-200. Its missing one chip at the connector end. This tool made itself under a tyre of a truck . Its made by autoxray. Maybe get a automotive auto xray 4000 to 6000 to compare and maybe make it for HD use.
    Chips are:
    Autoxray 530211 rev b 19402-001
    AM29lv008bt-90ed
    cy62256vnll-7
Chip missing is a 8 pin chip.

Ok anybody have heavy duty interface inside pics? Wondering if there is any clones for thise types of interfaces?
