Default Opel Meriva 6O2.M1 MULTIJET ecu problem with software

    Good evening mates

    I have this weird case....
This Opel Meriva 2006 Z13DTJ came to my store to fix dpf.....
So i open ecu ,,, read with K-tag (original) all ok and backup all files. I make dpf with Swiftec and program to car. But saturation levels for some reason can't go to 0 ..... i've tried opcom , tech2 etc but still the same . So because in the past i make this ecu 6O2.M1 again ,,, i programmed an old dpf off file to my ecu to check if problem is file....

After programming my old file ,,, i put ecu on car and NO CHECK engine........
I tried to restore ecu with K-tag but it says hardware configuration is not the same and i can't restore it ! Obviously my old file was VERY VERY different
Now ..... someone could say ,,,, mate ,, u f$#$ the ecu ,,, get another one and write it ....
But i really want to fix this ecu... So...

I desoldered M58BW016DB from ecu. Put on Beeprog2 with the adapter and read it . I write the original file to the flash and solder again !
Now ktag reads an ecu ,,,, but it says it's not supported in read/write! But i see i'm getting somewhere close....
    Ecu is not completely dead....

Do you have any ideas on what to do ????

Ahhhh i found it ! the RESTORE function worked after soldering the flash on the ecu good......
    Car starts.....

Just one quick question ,,,,,, is there a good Marelli adapter for the ecus ??? Alientech adapter is really SHORt and really hard to align the pins on the ecu from the bdm frame....
Do you have any adapter to recommend ?

If you count with xprog-mpc then you might be able to find out why this happened.
