Also, do you know if changing those bytes is enough to accept a different code?

What is the point of these actions? If you reset this ECU, you can write any code there.
If the PIN code changes, both the key crypt and the ECU synchronization crypt will change.
If you change the pin manually, I cannot imagine what consequences this will lead to.
