480p signal at most captured and the comb filter on em is garbage so the composite (yellow phono plug) winds up suffering.
It will do the job but dont expect high def or good looking results.

you can either use the svideo or the phono (yellow)
If your device has a svideo out then use that as better quality but if not just use the yellow phono. Whatever you use you will need to use the red and white if you want audio.
I think the quality you will get with the item in op will be similat to vhs quality.

S-Video is dual chanel in that it supplies a chroma and luma signal seperately.
Composite is single channel in that it supplies them both mixed and they need to be filtered apart. which is where the comb filter does its job.
With video gear its a truism that you do get what you pay for, cheap tat will produce cheap results.
The quality will be less than stellar with this device.

Hey. this might work but i wouldn't risk it, you're better off with a dazzle, they are great quality if you get the right one and set it up properly, im actually currently tryin to flog mine, ive deleted all my videos off youtube so you cant see the quality but i still have some on my desktop if you want me to put them on filefront so you can see the quality?
