c3 cuts out

Hi all,got an 02 clitron 3c 1.4 hdi in the workshop,customer says it cuts out at random,the fault codes stored were p0102 p0219 p0339 p0106 p1113,i assume this will be a bad earth/feed /multiplug ect,any ideas if this is common on these?.cheers Paul m3vuv.

Trouble codes P0219 P0339 have to do with crankshaft position sensor. P0102 and P0106 probably caused because of the wrong readings the time that car cuts out.
I think that firstly you have to check the crankshaft sensor.

Hi

First of all what tool are you using to read this car ?

Than the fault codes you posted here are as follow.

P0102 Mass Air flow sensor fault.

P0219 Engine Over speed (Incorrect Gear Change) For this fault code it looks like at some point was been over rev or, some driving error by the driver.

P03339 Crank Shaft Sensor.

P0106 MAF Sensor Fault.

P01113 Diesel high pressure monitor (pressure regulation upper limit)

It could also mean

P01113 Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor circuit open/short

There for we need more info like what tool are you using to read this car.

Engine Code would be also more helpful to help you.

Just to Add have you checked the fuel filter condition and the fuel line if there is NO any leak.

WOULD SUGGEST POSSABLE OVER PRESSURE IN THE FUEL SYSSTEM CAUSED BY A DODGY REGULATOR.

pump, not in the mood to link, just go to ebay and type pressure regulator

Replace the PSF1 and make sure that earth cable is well fixed on the gearbox.

It is the Relay box on the engine compartment, on the left side. near the headlamp.

Sorry for my bad english, Does Engine cut out during accelaration? I'd found this case few months ago, and the problem was clogged fuel filter.

P1113 could be Fuel Rail Pressure too low
