I am working on this Iveco daily 50c14.I am having a very similar problem to another user on the ilexa forum so I am just gonna paste his thread. In line pump working.has one error code 575 immobilizer communication faultyhere is the link to his thread
Miscellaneous, Iveco daily 2.3 Diesel 2003. Non start (http://www.ilexa.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,19832.0.html)
The above vehicle has no fault codes but the 5v feed to the sensors switches off 2 secs after cranking (engine relay not holding in) - If you bridge the engine relay it still does not start - only recording 60bar fuel pressure (injectors and h.p. pump ok), no supply to injectors or any signal to fuel pressure regulator.
Tried sending a correct signal up the fuel pressure sensor wire to tell control that it has 250bar fuel pressure but that does no good.
If you look at the immobiliser unit it keeps occasionally logging no communication with engine ecu code but not always.
Key code warning light on dash works ok.
