When I look for an UPA-USB @ Elrasoft, there are a lot of different Device Programmers (normal, T, LN, LNT). The difference: 78K0/HC912 Adapter for UUSP and TMS Adapter
for UUSP.

Do I need these adapters?

it mean that there are many packages and if you want you can get UPA with adapters you want .
if you need or not this adapter it's according to your needs

I think ELRASOFT Products (http://www.elrasoft.com/) is the only place where you can buy original.

and you need upa usb serial programmer, and you choose if you want any extra adapters
