Youll need to use IFa and re-flash it, lots of info out there on doing it, just make sure its the correct image chip size either 1x chip or 2x chip

Instructions to Flash a box
you will need to get hold of a few items to sucesfully flash your box
1. A cross over cable (not to be confused with a patch lead)
2. A Null Modem Lead (can be bought in all the usual places)
3 Some sort of flashing utility (i use IFA)
4 Pc or lappy (turned on)
5 Dbox2 (turned off)
Connect the leads from the network card in the pc to the box
make sure the network card is either set to auto detect/negotiate
or set to 10 mbits half duplex
turn off any firewalls as this can slow the process
Connect the null modem lead from Pc to Box
Run software setting up the modem port (either com1 or com2)
Choose the correct image (either 1 chip or 2 chip)
And press the start button on the software
Once its done its checks it will wait
This is where you put the power cord in the box
after a second or 2 the Tv screen will show the flashing screen
wait till all is finished then close down the flashing program
pull out power cord on box wait 10 seconds then plug in
If you follow all this you should be viewing your new image on your box
now it is a matter of setting location in the settings to your vilage/town
doing a scan (takes between 5 and 50 mins)
and way you go

If you get issues try a diff version of IFA as some work more than others

mate i have had this before by interrupting the flash process. Make sure you use a program like ccleaner in between attempts and look for the folder created by IFA when you fail to flash successfully. Bin it before another attempt. Its a pain in the a** but its always worth rebooting the comp after continued failed attempts.
Follow the above instructions provided by boomboom. keep the cables out ov the box and power off BEFORE launching IFA
