renault megane remote

Hi guys,
does anyone know the procedure for re using a remote for a 1998-2000 megane/scenic?
I have one that is (was) brand new, but has been programmed to a car already, but car now scrap so i keep key!.
I read in zedbull, it has ID 64 transponder chip.
I look in 3d keys, and says remote is re sync after transponder programming.
BUT! if i change chip for new one, how do i relate chip to remote or sync remote to car?
dont want to bin this remote as it cost over ?100 just to buy! so would like to re-use if poss.

press the central lock botton for more than 5 seconds with the ignition off ,the system will reply by Lock/Unlock, then press botton on the remote for 2 sec , Done , open the ignition for 5 sec............test

It's just what u need to do, even for a second hand remote

This kind of remote key is imposible to re programing if it has been already used in another car, because it is closed and is imposible to re use it, also if you change the transponder you will not be able to programm it because each transponder is together with its remote.

Transponder chip is separate inside key.

It is possible if you have clip old version 85 or 90 there you have second remote adding in uch

carprog might do the job if you still have the 4 digit code pin stamped inside the key casing ive started some off these without a transponder hope it helps if it doesn't i see vvdi key tool can renew the remote

it is not an infrared remote control

It is RF key with separate immo transponder, I dont have experience with key programming,,
transponderchip and remote does works separate or they have relation? need pincode from UCH to program remotekey ?
if I swap chip ( mc68hc705b32 ) from ori uch to donor uch does works remote ( that used one ) ?
