I have the same car and would also need DPF off. There is also problem with the EGT sensor after the DPF.
The Fault is:
005213 - Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 3: Short to Plus
P145D - 006 - Short to Plus - MIL ON
Sensor is really broken but I think its only used for DPF strategies so if its possible to disable so there wont be obdII code it would be great.
Here is the ori read by MPPS.
Thanks in advance.

change the sensor by a new and erease dtc to resolve this probleme, this sensor is not used only for DPF it's used for injection correction too
then if you find probleme to dpf off you will find the help

if you read this thread you will see that ecusafe desactive the dpf in this ecu but with lost power,so,i wait gepakg (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/members/133471-gepakg/) to repport for DPF OFF2 file,if the probleme of lost power is solved i will make you the same chage in your dump, and it will work 100% fine with yours

Wouldn't be easier to make logs on the car? This way you will see what happens exactly.
As for Ecusafe vs PPD, it should work ok less the fact that from time to time it is regenerating. So your car has another problem.

it is not strange at all...DTC table is gone as most probably ecusafe erased it...so this is why you don't have any DTC or MIL...
I am telling you as it is tested...DPF OFF on PPD via Ecusafe works fine less the fact that car is regenerating from time to time...as for the rest, good power, no limp mode, etc...
So search for the other problem of the car. As for DPF removal, this must be done manually from software, and ecusafe approach is very far from the truth...

Listen ...
Ecusafe doesn`t do the right changes in the dump ..
the car only works because the program changes the torque limiter in mode so basically as soon as there is a fault goes in limp but you can`t figure out because the torque limiter in limp mode which should limit to lets say 200 nm instead of 350 doesn`t do that .
So just in case of overboost when the car should REALLY go in limp mode it doesn`t happen voila : Piston cracked !
