Today i have tested one v53 and the values for smd resistors are the same with mine v54 at U10.1-->10ohm 2-->260ohm 3-->5.6kohm 4-->10ohm
Now near of the big first relay are for more smds group.The first one has 1kohmthe second 470ohm the third 680ohm and the last one 260ohm Mine v54 has different value on third one and it is 5.6kohm.The v53 working good with k line but v54 do not.Must change this smd?

Audi A6 V8 4.2l Petrol (over OBD) select driver and get ecu data but get a message to change the driver
select next driver and it only go up to 60% read ecu data with error - "sk1 seed key error" the car is running normal but what and why do i get this error

Post edit..............................and after a lot of google solved !!! just pul the fuse for dash fuse 11 or 15 , but it worked after pulling the fuse for dash and it went 100% all good

I think the VW group started from 09/ 2009
to protect their ecu EDC17 by Tprot

tprot on vag are present from 05/2009 but is very random this option, is most present on engine with low power and is not compeer to years or ecu type.
the best way to know if tp is active is always bootmode and read tag on file

I think that you didnt saw good quality china galletto.
There are no gold immeesions but PCB and soldering quality is really very good.
Also I have 2 galletto.
One with yellow relays and second one with black. Both od them works very good.

no, v54 and v53 are same HW, in some cases with few component changed...this operation was made for sell all HW of v53 with new price and no data problem, but the program with this modification have low stability.
for this reason is better v53 with HW upgraded and SW correction for data and stability problem.

If you have a big problem it's probably not only down to the software
My problem is not in hardware.Hardware works well all functions(k-line,can obd r/w and full bdm r/w).Software is problem.Driver file ft2xx.dll is probably some kind of virus.Changing drivers,after that eobd.exe error.

change 3 relais with new omron and change orange resonator with new quartz 16 mhz low profile, insured that shell of quartz do not touch central pin of resonator previous installed

I've tried to connect via BDM MPC56 to SIEMNS PPD 1.3 from Audi A4 but error "MCU not recognize", the "put the dash off for 10 seconds."
I've connected like in picture. I'm doing something wrong? The ECU must be on 12V from other source or is not obligatory to be on 12V?

First before change anything,trace can lines from obd cable and see what ic is send signal to them.If need some measurments,tomorow we make.

You must make complete list what components need to change and replace it all like a carmageddon say.After that perform all tests ,k-line r/w,can r/w and bdm r/w.
And before replacing components,why not try to resolder all components on pcb?

That 8 leg "eeprom" is not other than 82c251 which is CAN gateway. If you swapped for a good one and CAN still not working most probably damaged MCU.

A82C250 is can controller located at U10 which is the 8 leg sitting between socket and G5V-1 relay for those who don't have a numbered board

Did you check the relay? You can desolder the relays an measure the coil resistance and switches.
After that power the coil with 5v DC and check the switches.

But my guess is that the relay driving is bad.

Had you seen that the resistor in near of u19 is empty.

In Picture with post number 501 looks equal with your pcb. The resistor in that picture is bad placed. Maybe this is the Problem?

When you write, program first read the byte at the position, and compare with the one that you want to write, if is the same program don't write, so when you write the original old and new file is the same and OTP area has same bytes, so it's OK,

OK i see a lot of you/us have poblems with this thing , mine is working good until today , just after i installed the FNR 4 in 1 galleto refused to work i did every thing , uninstall/installed drivers exct......
Long story short : Galleto likes it to be single ( like VASPC and BMW on same partition (for some)
i dont know but maybe it is a good idea also to have a look at what soft is installed together with it just a thought as i bumped into this problem today only way i could solve was to reformat

i already changed your listet parts. But i have same problem with seat ibiza 6l 1.4L with bxw engine. It reads to 96% than aboorted al the time. Doesn't matter if i use "chinese" soft or eu soft. Same issue.

Q18 should be opened in normal state. If you want anlaize BDM voltages during reading. If you do not belive me belive our coleague carmageddon. also serbian clone and eu clone have it zvp in q18 and zvn in q20.
ZVN2016A is compatible also with 2N7000(tested also) or ZVN4106A ( i have used this version - high w disipation csapacity at ic pulse )

quart is not so important (leave the original resonator), ls14 and hct245 or hc245 are also used in bdm. can iso controler 80250 or 80251 used for obd. Pernonaly i have chenged also relays Aromat to Omron (much better and stable rezistance of coils).
MAX485ESA+ or MAX485ECSA+(suitable)
L9xxx i supose you change already

ok i downloaded a V54 cd software and in it was a Fix folder , it looks like it is the same program as V53 fix
if i compare the dump from the cd with mine i see there is just different numbers at the end in the dump , i did not try it myself , maybe useful to someone , dump and driver is all in the folders , and like always backup your file first before writing the dump from fix

that's just a normal signal diode to suppress the induction of the relay coil, a normal 1N4148 will do the job....

Hi guys i received today my fgtech v54 but with yellow relay.
I tried to unlock the simos pcr2.1 in boot mode and says message unlocked
I tried to read flash in boot mode but i can't (see the pics)
Please can help anyone ?

Unlock is done in boot read/write via obd once ecu is back in the car after unlocking

Next problem...
After replacing relays and other parts, my galletto is dead.
Computer recognize interface but when i open program, i can't hear relay 'click' as always was, then nothing, i can't do anything.
Led's flashes only 2 times after connecting usb cable.
I was thinking that maybe there is something wrong with new relays, so replace back everything but the same.
All pcb connections looking good,i was looking at this all day :(((

Hi in bench with fgtech you can unlock only the eeprom, i tried in bench to read / write the flash without result.
i tried in car to read / write the flash and working fine.

Now i have other problem i unlock the pcr2.1 about 3-4 times and after i tried to write mod file (dpf+egr off)
writing 100% but after appear writing error and car no start. I reflash with ori file and car start and working ok.
I thing ecu is locked.
Please now how can unlock the ecu ? (after 3-4 times unlock)

You only unlock once.
