If the customer insert and remove the key a few times it will slide easier unless it's really hard to pull out.

Press export, and give this key file(*UK) a name.
Save it.
Press Import the file, Lets you load it in the PC.

Bga blade and be blade are the same length. Do both with hu64-3 and it will be fine. Or just duplicate that one on a tracing machine

Your A key cuts are to deep.
Your b key cuts are not deep enough.
Do check the width of the new blank!
It should be, 7.8 mm , yours is wider.!?
Then the cut will be off center, as yours is!

Reset, Calibrate, replaced mill from 1.5mm to 2.0mm and this is a result

It looks good.

The a side cuts looks better.
You will notice that a1 and a5 to the tip are not straight, on the first key.
Like there was to much force from the cutter.
Could be to low refs, set to max.
Moving speed, always set to lowest.
And make sure that the cutter is still Sharp.

The sound, whilst cutting, will tell you this.

And the edges, less bore left on the edge, means it cuts well.

With TOY48 lock pick tool impossible to decode lock so condor decode it wrong.

I just did Rav4 smart key yersterday all lost, impossible to decode with TOY48 and I was lucky I had to move only 2 wafers to open the lock then cut it as TOY48.

Difference is length of blade. Should show on the screen and can measure what you have. Different length blades can be used on same lock if cut properly

Hard to turn 1: A lott off resistance in every position. Key cuts are not deep ennough. Shims are jammed.
Hard to turn 2: A lott off force to get a turning movement started, and then it snaps, and the movement is light. Cuts are to deep.
Hard to turn 3: A lott off resistance in every position. Cuts are not in the correct position. And this jams some shims by the concave profile between the cuts.

Measure the dephts, if these are 100%. Then you might have choosen the wrong Type Hu64.
Option 3: Cuts are not in the right position!

Look for markings ( impressions ) left by the shims on the cut profile.

however in the emergency blades I have to file the tips flat for it to work properly it doesn't like the pointy tips!

Mate, 70% of home keys cannot be fixed on this clamp. The same thing with old one side car keys, example Skoda Felicia. It is in DB but condor cannot cut this because of absence appropriate clamp.

This is a maz24r keyblade.
Smartkey keyblades only need 8 cuts.
The keycode is on the doorcilnder.
This stamped code gives you 10 cuts.

It's not a file. Sorry if it wasn't clear. I made a custom metal part which fills the cutout (hole) on the smartkey blade in order to fix it into the clamp without moving.

Issue I have is tip of the key needs a cut which I believe it does not cut.

Like i said before, the doorcilinder has a 10 cut code on it.
But you only need 8 cuts to open the door.
You need to measure this smartkey blade.
From tip, to shoulder a regular blade is about 29.0 mm long.

I included a picture...key all the way to the left is original key...no issues.

Middle key and right key was key cut by condor....will not turn ignition...

the way I have always been doimg it is I pick the year make model of the car and the gen and go by vvdi condor menus but maybe they are off a bit. I cut Honda CRZ keys and others with no issues this way...but I guess I will start doing things differently.

Condor cuts too deep HU56 key. We reported that the height of HU56 is 3.5mm. You should fix it because it's a known problem for a while.

Tried doing all of them and internal error 1 fails and 2 fails, cleared data and reinstalled and the same, tried clearing data and fixing error one first and fails tried clearing, installing 4.0.1 and doing the lost data one that says (pictures, etc) and it installs but still no database

After the FO21 cutting the clamp hit the right side and the spindle didn't return to the top position. Do something with it because the hit was very big. KM03 V4.0.1. See the photo.

No: they will not enter the lock.
No: they will not turn in the lock
No: they are difficult to push all the way in the lock
No: they go in the lock fine, but do not turn

There is a good chance that the lock is now damaged, by inserting these new keys.
The first shim is now bend by the tip of your new key.

The tip of the new key, slides under the first shim.
Instead of sliding it in the correct position.
File the tip, like the original. More jagged.
And open the cilinder, if needed to repair the shims.

Xhorse should correct this keys cutting profile.

A reply to Hipolitogts problem.
The Keys va2, va6 and the Renault card blades.
These tips, if not cut like the original, will often wedge and bend the locks first shim.

A selfmade key cut file should fix this for now.
Or a bit of filing, to make the keys tip more steap.
It is clearly visual if you compare the 2 new cut key with the old.

It's the bottom option on the left hand side in key duplication. Just pick the style of key cut clamp it in and away it goes. It copy's the exact key shape it doesn't decode a key to bitting number. Make sure your key is clean before you use it. I read a Renault key card and it got the tip entry V a lot better than cutting by code. I never cut a blank as I didn't have a car to try but the picture on the screen looked good.

Thank you I've just updated it. Currently the latest parameter is v1.10 Jul 24 2017. I hope it will solve the abnormal moving of the machine after cutting FO21.

Same problem that i have had.
Probe whas to high, i lowered it, and recalibrated.
I placed a 0.75 mm plate underneed the Toy40 emergency key, then clamped it.
A lishi master keyblade works fine, it does Not need to be the total full 3mm.

So i make cutting first side till it is completed.
Stop the machine ..


Then turn the key around.
Restart cutting from beginning . So not to damage my machine...


If need to fix this you will have cut away back part off tool holder till there is nothing left on it

(Interesting that demo video only shows first side off key being cut)

If i have time i will play around with keyfile to try and fix this . But you can at moment use needle file to fix your problem . Seems all HX 9 keys have the same cut on the sides . I will have to measure the one i need to do to yours to confirm it ...

Key work only on ignition beacouse ignition not have side cut. Not work on door lock. Sx9 lock not work like a normal lock beacouse not have normal pin. If you have see open lock you can understand why not work.

FO21 doesn't park the Machine correctly..... It cuts the key fine but the Cutter stays near the JAW after cutting.

VA2.... I tried decoding and when it comes to the last bit it goes all the way left for about 2CM thereby snapping the DECODER tip.
I didn't want to try it again on VA2 as I currently don't have extra decoders in stock to waste.

I learned that I can trick my cóndor mini to cut HU100 10 cuts for Silverado and newer GM models First find out what is key code along with cuts. Enter your GM code select 10 cuts them manually input your 10 depths cuts.

If you have probably done it in the past , you have to input your bittins
on cóndor mini backwards if you will where 1=5//2=4//3=3//4=2//&5=1 to be able to turn your plug in the cylinder

Did you cut a working key HY18 on your cóndor mini? Mine did not, (ver4,,) As you know Depths for this key are (mm) 200 250 300 350 380. I cut several keys I realized these depths are off , I was using 1.5 • mm. After all I finally cut a working key but I changed settings to a 2.5• mm cutter (kept 1.5•mm bit on my spindle) , did you or anybody experienced this ??

It's your key physical dimensions, it happens to me. Go ahead File all 4 sides of your key , insert key on ignition then at same time push in and turn it clockwise. After this try it will learn it and cylinder will turn each time ( its crazy but it works)

I had problem today with cutting VA2 for PSA. See the photo. I cut F C A A E A. The problem is at 1055-790. It mustn't be a straight line at the bottom.

Condor mini KM03 cuts a straight line for the top layer then cuts correctly at the deeper layer. The cutting curve isn't the same for the 1 mm depth. It looks like a worn key after cutting. I ask the developers to check it.

It's a common VA2 for PSA. It isn't custom. I attached a high resolution photo. If you see that area what I mentioned in my previous post you can see two different curve.

1. straight line - it is the top layer (low depth)
2. correct curve - lower layer (high dept up to 1mm)

The straight line cut the top of the correct curve.

It's a common VA2 for PSA. It isn't custom. I attached a high resolution photo. If you see that area what I mentioned in my previous post you can see two different curve.

1. straight line - it is the top layer (low depth)
2. correct curve - lower layer (high dept up to 1mm)

The straight line cut the top of the correct curve.

Other quick solution is to create a custom key on the Key edit area A HY18 cuts 1 depth deeper so I created one for my a couple days ago. If your are not familiar with custom keys. Let me know I can help you

I had problem today with cutting VA2 for PSA. See the photo. I cut F C A A E A. The problem is at 1055-790. It mustn't be a straight line at the bottom.

Condor mini KM03 cuts a straight line for the top layer then cuts correctly at the deeper layer. The cutting curve isn't the same for the 1 mm depth. It looks like a worn key after cutting. I ask the developers to check it.

What is MACS specs for this key? I mean it jumps 4 depths from a A to a E.

Please ignore this blank key , take a look at my key cut. It will come in and out Smoother, . Wafers will sit on the right position , it won't affect its key Opening way ,

478791To comment on you first cut key, your probe seems to be to high.
It needs to touch the tip, not the rounded area of the tip.

This causes the cuts to be of place.

Hi there

Seems I am having an electrical conduct issue on my machine....

Many times when I tell the machine to start cutting after decode or even after manually entering bittings it will move a little then stop and at the bottom of the screen says..."PROBE DETECTED".
Sometime It starts cutting after 3rd attempt. Sometimes works first attempt.
I also have a problem decoding some HU92 keys. It sometimes just won't decode correctly.

In the past month it has snapped 2 decoder points. One was on the VA2 key but LOUIS21 says it must be dirt on the key.
The other other day I wanted to cut a FO21 (Ford Tibbe) and I clamped in the key and all ready to go. I press start and it goes to measure the key as it usually. It touched the key and the mioved to the clamp and continued all the way breaking the Decoder tip. No Dirt at all. It's shining clean. I then noticed on the key where the decoder touched, a notch, meaning that the decoder pressed very hard onto the key and probably didn't sense the key correctly.

This problem is intermittent. When I run the Electrical conductivity test it seems fine, but bear in mind that when doing test the Motor isn't moving front and back. The problem seems to rise it's head when the motor moves front and back that it looses conductivity / gets false conductivity.

Motor test Y can't work every time?that's maybe the problem of it.

yes i just make a custon key file for hu100 10 cut

and cut by input direct bitting

or trace with hu100 8 cut and figure out last two cut then use custom key filefor 10 cut

Has the Renault keycard blade cutting been fixed, or is there a solution by making a custom file? It cuts the opening V incorrectly as mentioned earlier in this thread. I tried making a custom file, but dont know how to correct the opening V part of the key specification.

Also, is the custom file specification available anywhere ? It would encourage alternative software if this were available along with the communication specification over USB.

"It is ready next update." It can mean the next update is now ready to download, or that the things I've asked for are in the next update, but it is not ready to download. Can you explain which it is please ?

I understand how to make a custom key file, your software is very good in that respect and as I described, I have done this. With my custom key file, the machine cuts the channel almost correctly, however, as I described the tip of the key where the opening V is cut, is not cut correctly. It has been described with photos in this thread earlier from post #399, though I only just read there is a universal copy tool, I'll try that but doesnt help if I need to cut the key to a lock I decoded. So needs to be fixed. Maybe have a couple of options in the software for how wide the V at the tip needs to be ?

And regarding the custom key file specification and the communication over USB ? Any chance that will be available to developers and interested parties soon ? That would certainly help people develop software compatible with your machine.
