For remote don't need to push near the coil, just press button. That the way i program with xhorse remote.

We have a VVDI KEY TOOL we bought at least two years ago.
Have never used it for clonning ID48, or ID48 96bits.
Now, we decided just to try it, as the clonner we daily use fallen down and craked.OK.
There is no way we can connect mobile with KEY TOOL, asked, and we have been told we need to buy an extra authorization for 235 USD !!!!!!
Is this right like that ??? 235 USD just for that extra authorization ??

And.....this VVDI KEY TOOL, didnt came with that function activated from factory ???

If its a must to buy that auth. will think about changing it for another tool.

Few days late but this tool does prove itself in its own way somehow mate (cracked key immo coding onrover 75 and MG tf with pectron . They not cheap but easy to do if you know how ..Same a 75 models with speciail soft on the web ..

To generate every new key it will cost you 200 points ( which is a lot ) but after that you can generate 1000 times THIS one absolutely for free.

The app support work well, but xhorse says if you do not have the old number that you not the owner of the tool...

Ask them what are the options to convince them you are the owner. Use the chat option in the app but be careful to contact them within their worktime or they will not reply.
Maybe it will help if you can show them a document from the telephone company that proves you are the same person who owns your old and your new number. Just talk with them, only they can help on this.
You can try finding them on Skype too. Just type Xhorse in the search bar. You can also contact with the shop who sold you the tool. Or just sell the old equipment as used and buy a new model - VVDI key tool is outdated anyway.

Problem solved . In France if you have internet provider FREE in your house Freebox lock port of vvdi server and you are connected but can not do anything (update, immo tool data). With another provider ( SFR , Bouygues , Orange) works fine.

A question about the new xhorse xm38 toyota remotes.
They list them as being able to produce 8A 0351 9900AAAA 312/314 remotes which are used on Rav4 amongst others.
There is no listing for this remote when try to generate them.
There seems to be a lot of the boards missing that they say they can produce.

Is it a comon bug on key tool mini? at the time of calculating id48 - today it took like 120 minutes! key tool is switching itself off after some time - this is normal, if you don't use it for some time. When try to re connect manually or auto - app is frozing on bluetooth search, even when key tool showing BT connected. only option is to close the app and open it again.




Did not had time to make video, but next time will do.

If it is the key program generate menu.
It does not work, to swap from 434Mhz to 868Mhz.
Just get the error message. "Use keyless version key" or something like that.

Maybe need an update, to fix this.

With app you can see some things, but not all.
Some things are easier with the practice (test it on a real device/ car) as well in theory...
I bought myself an Vvdi MINI Key Tool an I was surprised (positive) what it can do.
If you are in cloning business then is the really cheap tool for that...
You can also reset used smart keys based on pcf chips (audi, bmw...).
When I compare it with description in app internet, I would say better than described...

I don’t have the max key tool version, so I can not give you the feedback that you need...

I ve a issue with generate remote Daihatsu Sirion 2007 433 mhz ASK two butons. Non of them worked.
Anyone tried something else or any suggestions.
Or may be procedure iw wrong. When disconnect bat for 1 min then press unlock and lock nothing happened.

I have door in garage that says PM1 on the control box..
I checked the app but can't see PM1 manufacturer in the list..
Can we somehow clone remotes if there is no way to generate a remote??.

Have you tried scanning frequency and just clone it on a remote? Did it for a customer this week and just read all buttons and generated on a hyundai/kia remote (4 buttons available like on the door remote). Might not have exact functions on the right pictures of the remote but I think it will work just fine. Customer asked for it, so just tried and he hasn't called me since (asked to try right away and call in if not working). Most garage door systems don't have rolling codes so should not be too hard.

Hi, anybody know if audi q7 2013 key can be cloned? I tried rolling and it says it reads it, and burn the remote, but then it dont work.
About the transponder, not pretty sure of the procedure, if you put the key im the coil says unclonable, so that will be?

The procedure would be to program a dealer key in the car memory. No duplicating is possible on these.

They don't clone the original key for the stealing. There are other ways. KeylessGo are the easiest and fastest to grab.
Get a VVDI2 or AVDI or Autel-like tablet and follow the given instructions.

The first skill a novice locksmith should acquire is how to use search engines:

I'm not experienced with VCDS but Keydiy surely won't be of any help on this car. It can't clone and it can't generate this key. You need to get proper key from your keys supplier, then convert it to dealer mode (not aware if VCDS has such expert functions, but I'm guessing - no), then program it to the car.

Friends strange things with mini key toll I got new one and try to generate citroen 0523 ask and before generating shows info on app that after generate remote generate transponder is strange its generate 7936 when i checked schold be 7941

Are you guys able to generate a Civic 06-2013 NF5-AO5TAA remote on a super remote? My original keytool says 'please use wireless remote or super remote xt37 to generate this option.' VVDI2 says wrong remote type. It's defiantly an xhorse super remote I'm using. Been using KeyDIY if ever needing these, but would like to know what's the deal with the xhorse variant here.

edit: realized was using super remote and not wireless remote.

download new firmware but no way to install it ....

and more no way to decode A5 key ... always crash during decoding it

Hi, found bugs too on PSA keys but for me work on Doors, but don't work on ignition... Now, i Always choose Universal duplication and works

Few months ago I did had similar problem but with vvdi2 remote data update (and some other xhorse small updates).
The solution was instead of WiFi I used mobile phone internet connection (no wifi).
It did worked perfect. No problems… you can try it…
If doesn’t work it is probably server’s problem or some bug…
