and security wait time is 21:20:00 :excitement: and of course not changing :guns:

As far as I'm aware PSG16 pumps are coded, as they need to be cleared before being able to be used on another vehicle..
ps. should be at 840 not 820... it reads 0 0 0 0 ;)
CarProg software for Opel VP44 PSG16 diesel pump electronic programming. Works by OBDII or wired on table.
Software Functions : Read PIN,Reset ECU, Change Mileage,Change VIN

in the pump there is no pin
turn on the ignition for 22 hours
after 22 hours test save pin
the trick with 22 h was done and the counter remain at the same time 21:20:00
and after when i try to reset pump the error incorrect pin was entered is active, but can be deleted
in the mean time i do an SPS update by changing the VIN and after change back to ori VIN,
now permanent error -> invalid transponder is stored but pump cannot be reset and do not accept programming new pin:torn:
This is right because immo area is not programed or at leas this part
The problem is in my opinion that there is value stored at 0x820 even if it is part of the pin 00 00 0C A6 and sw routine find a value different that 00 and expect that value as an old pin, just an opinion :excitement: please correct if I'm wrong :torn:

Yes coded and before adapt to other car ori pin must be entered and after reset function
After program new pin and adapt pump to imo (CIM in may case) by programming from CIM (CIM and ECM installed)
But if pin is not accepted in the pump no programming :torn:
The only problem is that pump is the ori pump of the car and the owner start "playing" with op-com and this is the result -> Pump waiting time and no pin at 0x820 were pin is stored.
Maybe battery get drained and this resulted in pin area data corruption because he try do mod when battery level was not ok. The last digit from the car pin is 6 and the value at 0x820 is 00 00 0C A6.

You have this slightly wrong mate. It looks like there are a couple of different types of eprom for the PSG16s, One with the code at 840 (in a dump which I will attach) and also at 820.. Your assumption of bits of your code remaining are wrong though. If you look at the example from codecard you pasted above yourself you will see that at 800 there is your 00 00 0C A6 and again I repeat this is NOT where the code is stored, its stored two lines below it..

Thank you for the eye opening info :)
After i replace immo MCU in the CIM reset CIM and readapt to car (configuration, key, coding) in the engine ecu wrong transponder key error is stored
so i'm stuck with the 21:20:00 waiting time? i try to reset pump with carprog and waiting time is still the same
This time must be passed with ignition ON or OFF? I think should be ON :)

I'm thinking that it must be ....

also NEVER reset both ECU and CIM at the same time as the key will be lost!
Only reset engine ECM if changing the pump..

The first one of several modules, and only later on the other.
Or is it depends on where the data is required....

no, disconnecting battery will do nothing, lock time will still be there.. ignition must be on for the time period required for it to expire...

In attachment are print screens of the errors
waiting time after 30 h with ignition on is still the same, 70Amp charger is attached to battery / car so no problem of power. I try with pin 0000 -> wrong pin
car with lock is displayed on the little display from cluster -> i think this info come from engine ecu where wrong transponder error is active
only cim PCB is mounted this is the reason for all the errors

It is Time Lock active and will not allow save pin, will not allow do the reset, will not allow teach immo, Time Lock must disappear in some way or another
test can to help, disconnect the battery on 30 minutes
Please explain this "test can to help"

is there a possibility that waiting time could be more then 21 h and this is the max time that can be displayed ? :single_eye:
or that the pump is locked for good! :torn: and just with rewriting on BDM can be done something?
i try to input any nr and timer do not rise in pump ecu. :excitement:
I try the same thing with CIM and at first wrong try was 10 min at second 20 min and so one, true i did not try til counter not rising any more :burnout:
