Eeprom 93c66 I cant programmer with Willem 4.5. Help!!!

Hi, everyone. I have a Willem 4.5, I can read eeprom 93c66 16 bit , but when I want programming always say error.
I probe with 2 eeprom, and with 3 immo off from Toyota Corolla, that I found in this forum.
I read a lot but I cant find which is problem.

Datasheet say pin 6 ORG must have VCC to program 16 bit, I jumper pin 6 with pin 8. No programming, ERROR.

I know that dumps are OK because many people say that work fine.

Please, I need write this eeprom.

When you habe Digiprog you can try it

Friend try to use external 12v 1amp power adapter to write

Its very simpel work with this eeprom like 93Cxx.
Look better contakt and dump size.

Eeprom is sold in adapter sop 8 -dip 8, solder are good, all pins have continuity with own leg. I can read but cant write, dump size are ok. When I check voltage, pin 8 have 5v when read or write, pin 6 have 5v, because I put to Vcc for 16 bit, pin 1 have 5v when write, pin 3 have 5v and when I click in Programmer Chip down to 0.19v, pin 4 have 0v and when I programmer chip up until 0.49v.

I try to write 3 eeprom virgin, with differents dumps. With all dumps program say ERROR.
What is wrong?
