Only eprom programing not working. I have to virgin ecu than program it by immotools. Car start one time only, after ignition off status ecu change to virgin. Ecus are 500kbps so like original.

RET makes ECU virgin, but you need to use CLIP: connect it to UCH, go to repair mode and send command SC017 "learn antitheft code to ECU". Clip can ask you to connect to Renault.net, i don't remember...
Easier, use RET again, connect it to UCH (BCM) and send command 'LEARN ECM", that's all !

I do that. First RET to ecu - command virgin than go to uch and ecu learn, car start immo lamp go out but after ignition off than ON immo stay and use RET go to sim32, identfication/ ecu status - VIRGIN. 2 ecus the same

BCM => ECU learn => turn ignition off/ wait a minute => turn ignition on?
If this doesn't work, try to disconnect battery after "Learn ECU".

If it is the same, try the Renault way , if you have Renault Clip Tool.
