Hi all.
I usually don't deal with volvo but this customer is desperate.
Can anyone tell me how to do this job ?
I've seen it should use id48 chip
Can any tool do it via obd or not?
If I need to remove CIM , is it solder job or clip on ?
I have vvdi2 vvdi prog and fvdi

I am sure Lonsdor K518S has the ability.
VVDI2 is not tested ok.

No tool can do this via OBD, unless you have access to Volvo VIDA online. This is AKL or he need spare key?

Tango and vvdi2 do not support all CEM modules. Check part number of CEM or just clone key if this if he need spare.
Oh I didn't read thread title carefully... It says all keys lost.

Lonsdor can make but still need to remove CEM and rear view mirror to collect data for a new dealer key to be programmed via OBD inc remote programming
Tried and tested lonsdor for them
like wiskeyman says its a nightmare job to do but still possible
or vida !
Thanks Kev
