DM500s streaming to laptop

Have my 500s setup on my lan ,how do i stream to my laptop .would like to watch tv on my laptop.
I am using DSM image

You can type the ip address of the dreambox into your browser.

username:root
password:dreambox

There should be a link for a live screen and you can change the bouquets from there too. Not familiar with a DSM image so not sure where the link would be.

You can also use BitControl software on your PC. That utilises windows media player.

i also had to download an activex control for the laptop for it to work

I just install VLC then open up the Enigma web interface on the box, click on web-x-tv and voila, ~~~~ in the toilet
