DM500c with card can't see channel

Can't remember? Just do a bootup lah. If not, how people help you if you do not help yourself first.

The reason why I'm asking you the bootup screen is b'cos there are so many box out there (i.e: DM900C) just labelled as DM500 to confuse everyone.

Does this DM500C had any network port?
Fake DM500C does not have any.

If the card slot is on the side, then it is a HQK 3388 clones

If the card slot is front facing, and don't have a network port it is a DM900C-II

If the bootup screen show a Autobot transformer screen, then it is a DM500C-II.

Yes. Most DM500C in SG is clone set and able to perform what is discuss here. Original set is from German very expensive,but now they stop producing this model.
